By accessing and using the Foldque mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Every time you access the app, your usage is subject to these connected conditions.

To use most features of Foldque, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are solely responsible for the questions, answers, notes, and any other content you create, upload, or share on Foldque. By posting content, you grant Foldque a narrow, non-exclusive license solely to operate, display, and distribute this content within the service.
Users must not upload content belonging to others without permission. Users must only upload content they have the right to share. Copyrighted materials without permission are strictly prohibited.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property / Repeat Infringer Policy
You must not upload content that you do not own or do not have permission to use. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted books, paid educational materials, official exam content, and other third-party intellectual property.

Additionally, Foldque's own brand, logo, design, and original platform elements are protected intellectual property. Our trademarks and design features may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Community Rules & Report System
Foldque is built to foster a supportive and effective social learning environment. We expect all community members to act in good faith, help others learn, and refrain from disrupting the educational goals of the platform.
Users can report content and Foldque may remove it. Content can be removed WITHOUT notice at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
To keep the community safe and focused, Foldque reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these rules WITHOUT notice. We may also suspend or permanently ban accounts engaging in unacceptable behavior. In serious cases, this may occur without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without prior liability.

The informational and educational content on Foldque is largely user-generated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any questions, answers, or study materials found on the platform. Your reliance on such content is at your own risk.
