- The accuracy or academic/exam validity of the content, questions, and solutions created by users.
- That the copyright or ownership status of the content uploaded to the platform has been previously verified by Foldque.
- That our moderation systems or auditing methods will detect all violations in advance and definitively.
- That the service will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at all times.
- The actions and behaviors of users toward each other on the platform.
